The Very Quiet Cornelius Bones 🦴🧡💛🤍

Meet Cornelius Bones. He’s a bashful little skeleton with toes that touch, shoulders that hunch ever so slightly, and a very big candy corn middle. Whether he’s wearing a candy corn costume or is actually part candy corn remains a mystery.

Cornelius may be quiet, but beneath his long striped hat lives a busy little world of harebrained ideas, curious questions, and tiny wonders. He’s terribly polite, wonderfully thoughtful, and still learning that making room for everyone else doesn’t mean making himself smaller.

Cornelius is completely handmade and hand-painted with love and care. He arrives with his own storybook-inspired collector’s card featuring an original hand-drawn illustration and bits of his Tiny Tale. A wonderful little keepsake to help you know the very quiet skeleton you’re bringing home. 🖤

My peculiar pieces are 100% handmade from top to bottom using sculpted paperclay and wooden bases. Once the clay is dry, they are sanded smooth, primed, and meticulously hand-painted with quality acrylic paints to give that timeworn, softly weathered finish. They have been sealed with a matte varnish.

They are all tagged for authenticity and leave my studio well packaged for safe travels.
